Refund and Returns Policy

We’re only satisfied when you’re delighted. If, for any reason, you’re less than thrilled with your purchase from bejewelledbyyashna, we’ll gladly process a refund or exchange. All products are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days from receipt of the product for unworn/unused items. Please note that personalized or engraved products are not eligible for return.

Products showing any signs of wear or tampering will be deemed ineligible for exchange or return. If the exchanged product’s value exceeds the original purchase’s, the customer is responsible for covering the difference. Conversely, if the exchanged product’s value is lower, the difference will be held as credit for future purchases.

bejewelledbyyashna holds no responsibility for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that a third-party jeweller has altered.
Our logistic partners may not provide a reverse pick-up service in certain locations. If this is the case, we’ll provide you with the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop off your bejewelledbyyashna product in a sealed envelope. Rest assured, you won’t incur any charges for this return shipping within our specified time frames.

When returning the product, please make sure it is unused, packed in the original packaging with the bejeweledbyyashna box and pouch, and accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificate. The refund/exchange process will commence only after we receive the item and it undergoes inspection by our Quality Assurance department. You can anticipate a full refund/exchange within 15 days after successful QA approval.

All our products at BejeweledByYashna come with a Lifetime Warranty. We prioritize top-notch quality, and should your jewelry experience any breakage, we’re here to repair it for you, free of charge. Please be aware that our warranty doesn’t cover lost stones, improper usage or storage, signs of undue force on the product, or any alterations made by a third party outside BejeweledByYashna. However, we’re more than willing to replace any lost stones for an extra fee, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

All our creations are crafted in 18k gold, ensuring both durability and malleability, though they are not entirely scratch-resistant. Scratching is a common occurrence, particularly on pieces with larger surface areas, such as those found in our Classic Collection.

We provide complimentary re-polishing services for all our creations and can conveniently organize a pick-up. It’s important to be aware that shipping the items back and forth will incur charges.

We aim to simplify the return/exchange process for you, and that includes providing free shipping! All returns/exchanges and repairs within the specified time frames mentioned above come with complimentary shipping. However, please be aware that shipping to and from us for any repairs will incur charges.

We are pleased to facilitate gift exchanges! To initiate this process, please get in touch with us at Jewelrybyyashna@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for gift items. Nevertheless, a credit note can be issued corresponding to the gift amount for use in future purchases. It’s important to note that all our credit notes and gift certificates maintain a lifetime validity.

The repurchase value will amount to 70% of the original invoice value (excluding taxes).

Items become eligible for repurchase after one year from the date of purchase.

A processing fee of Rs 1000 will be applicable.

Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the piece and subsequent approval by our quality control team.

Following this, the refund will be conducted through a bank transfer.

This program is not valid if any modifications have been made to the piece.

Repurchase is exclusively applicable to items acquired directly from us, either through our website or via our offline company representative.

The piece must be accompanied by its original packaging, certificate, and invoice.
